Depo-Provera® is an injectable progestin-based hormonal birth control given as an injection every three months. Depo-Provera®, when taken for more than a year, may put users at an increased risk of developing a certain type of brain tumor called meningioma. Meningiomas can cause vision loss and other serious neurological side effects, and may require very invasive surgery to treat.
The drug manufacturer, Pfizer, hasn’t updated the Depo-Provera warning label to inform patients of these known risks. If you or a loved one have used Depo-Provera and developed a brain meningioma, you may be able to file a Depo-Provera® lawsuit.
Call TODAY. There is only a limited amount of time to file a Depo-Provera® lawsuit.
